一,先按正常方式卸载,期间不要操作,等他卸载完成.

二,下载火绒安全卫士,并安装,目的是粉碎残余文件.即c盘的2345safe文件夹.

三,进电脑安全模式,删除残余文件,方法是

2,C:\Windows\System32\drivers\下有关于2345的几个文件全部删除（包含回收站）

3、清理残留文件

定位到C:\用户\个人账户\AppData\下的三个文件夹 Local、LocalLow和Roaming，看看里面有没有与2345相关的内容，如在Roaming文件夹下有2345DomainMon，GameHall_2345，Helper_2345，MiniPage_2345，Shield_2345Explorer等文件夹，删除（包含清除回收站）。

4,先进入注册表，按电脑键盘上面的 Windows 徽标键 + R。在“打开”的运行框输入“regedit”并按下“Enter”键或者点击“确定”按钮，这样注册表编辑器就会被启动。搜索注册表,先导出备份注册表,然后,手动搜索“2345”把与2345安全卫士相关的注册表信息全部删除（注意：有些系统关键的注册表信息可能包含有“2345”，在搜索时也可能会出现在搜索结果中，这类不能删)

5,清空回收站

6,用火绒修改电脑的hosts文件,或右键尝试以管理员身份修改.如果不能修改,就复制这个文件到桌面,修改后替换回去
